WPS60 hired Anthony Ficarelli, Outside Counsel, Hinshaw, No Cap Sole Source Verbal Contract at an Hourly rate: $275

Hinshaw's billings 2012-June, 2014 approx. $1.2 Million

School children in WPS60 are eating cafeteria prepared hot lunches...Ficarelli is eating Steak & Lobster and the taxpayers in Waukegan are picking up the tab! America, what a country!

The WPS60 Board has an opportunity to cancel the contract with Hinshaw and bring the work in-house under the capable direction of Mr. Morris.
